Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with strong Excel skills to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with various sales activities, including data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in Excel to manage and analyze sales data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and presentations.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, calls, and appointments.

  • Data Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

  • Use Excel to create and update sales reports, charts, and dashboards.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for the sales team and management.

  • Customer Relations:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.

  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.

  • Sales Coordination:

  • Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • ABLE to Multitask in a fast pace environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
