Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in NORTH SYRACUSE, New York. This role involves processing data pertinent to our operations, with a particular focus on customer service. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through necessary procedures

• Screen and process customer paperwork with high accuracy

• Manage customer flow using our queuing system

• Administer and grade vision tests

• Accurately enter passing vision test results into our computer system

• Assist customers with using our DMV kiosks

• Take customer photos for driver's licenses

• Use your skills in Customer Service, About Time, Paperwork, and Assist Customers to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize Purchase Orders and Procurement Card systems as needed. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills to effectively assist customers

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software for efficient task management

• Ability to handle paperwork meticulously and accurately

• Experience with processing purchase orders

• Ability to coordinate and manage photo shoots

• Proficiency in using procurement card for business-related purchases

• Able to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately

• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes as required by the job function

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
