TEKsystems Customer Care Representative in Northampton, Pennsylvania

Position Overview: TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative in Northampton, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.

  • Identify and understand customer needs, manage expectations, and prioritize meeting and exceeding those needs.

  • Take full ownership of customer issues, problems, and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Maintain composure and resilience under pressure, handling setbacks and conflicts with optimism and persistence.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, serving as a role model for ethical conduct and respect for others.

  • Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, staying organized and keeping on top of time-sensitive tasks.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring customers understand the information provided.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the waste management or related industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
