Join our team at a leading Pharmaceutical/Medical device Manufacturing Client in Norwood, OH! We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Norwood, OH. This role requires performing a variety of equipment operating and adjusting duties such as assembling, mixing, cleaning, welding, bonding, inspecting, testing, labelling, and packaging. The ideal candidate will follow prescribed procedures to fabricate and process products while ensuring high-quality standards.
Role: Manufacturing Operator
100% On-Site @ Norwood, OH
Duration: 6+ Month Contract role
Shift: 1st Shift (6:25 AM - 2:55 PM)

Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment following verbal and written instructions.
Perform assembly, mixing, bonding, welding, filling, and other related tasks.
Use measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specified tolerances.
Disassemble precision assemblies and correct malfunctions as needed.
Make accept/reject decisions and take corrective action when required.
Work under general supervision with increasing autonomy over time.
Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary data entry tasks.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing a respirator when required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
Ability to read, follow, and understand operating procedures.
Proficiency in basic math and counting large numbers accurately.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and production operations.
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
