Full Job DescriptionOur PHARMA client is seeking a Community Manager with design skills to work with their team fully remote, 20 hours per week, ongoing. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital and Creative and support the corporate, neurology and oncology teams. A laptop will be provided. Responsibilities: - Work in Sprout Social to program approved content and do community management - Twice daily sweeps of social channels (X, LinkedIn and Facebook) - Make recommendations for interactions - Look for adverse events both on owned and competitive products and report back to business owner - 90% of your time will be spent in community management tasks with 10% of your time spent in design work - Using provided brand and digital guidelines, create and design posts for social channels, for quick-turn reactive postings - Upload graphics in to Sprout Social for campaign launch Requirements: - 2+ years experience - Pharma and/or healthcare experience required - Strong interest in social media - Proficient in Sprout Social (or similar), Adobe Creative SuiteIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
