Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the education sector in Oberlin, Ohio. As a Business Analyst, your main tasks will involve processing and analyzing data, collaborating with various departments, and leading workshops. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze customer data using tools like Excel, Word, and Atlassian Jira.

• Collaborate closely with various departments, serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical individuals.

• Use CRM and Dynamics 365 to manage customer relationships and data.

• Carry out gap analysis and AB testing to enhance business processes.

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents.

• Oversee claim administration tasks and manage business process functions.

• Employ data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present data in a comprehensible manner.

• Work with Workday and Workday ERP systems.

• Lead workshops and provide end-user training.

• Comprehend and implement data integration concepts, even though not directly responsible for it. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Education - University industry.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is required.

• Experience with CRM systems is mandatory.

• Capability to perform Gap Analysis is essential.

• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in AB Testing is necessary.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology is a prerequisite.

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions is required.

• Ability to draft Business Requirement Documents is essential.

• Experience in Claim Administration is a must.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting is necessary.

• Familiarity with Workday and Workday ERP systems is a requirement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
