JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities for the General Production/Finishing position will be to work loading various sized parts as well as unloading those parts after they are processed and checking for quality, learning the process, keeping the line moving and keeping area clean. May also be cross trained to finish parts: Work with various size parts and prep them for the paint department. Will perform a finishing/masking/sanding process with unpainted parts. Will also move parts, clean parts, check for quality and follow work instructions and orders. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications for these jobs include; Ability to commute to Oconomowoc, have an eye for detail. ability to work with a variety of parts and in a fast paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds, good communication skills and ability to read/follow work orders.
