Cardinal Health Implementation Lead in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position Description:

Vantus is a new e-commerce platform for the Pharmaceutical Division of Cardinal Health. Vantus will replace the existing ordering platform (Order Express) via a meaningful, diligent, thoughtful migration strategy.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Implementation Lead, to create data sets and define feature utilization for implementation wins of large health organizations and other classes of trade onto our new e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both business and analytics aspects of how e-commerce impacts all areas of a business, particularly within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Data Management, Reporting Tools, along with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and enterprise-level hospital and healthcare system stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and restart failed reports, ensuring seamless data reporting operations

  • Modify existing reports based on approved change requests and business needs

  • Design and build BigQuery tables using extracted data

  • Develop and maintain Tableau workbooks and datasets, ensuring optimal performance on Tableau Server

  • Working with product owners and colleagues to interpret feature requests and develop software in iterative design/build/test cycles using an Agile development process

  • Build the tools and dashboard capabilities from scratch, as well as use operational data to produce meaningful visualizations and KPIs/metrics.

  • Develop, manage, and automate technical reporting for added insights for variance/trend analysis and forecasting

  • Analyze KPIs and metrics results and forecast future performance

  • Propose alternate views and data visualization for added impact and value

  • Analyze data to design the best visualizations to support operational reporting requirements.

  • Utilize SQL to write queries by joining tables, enhancing functions and views

  • Automate existing reporting through Tableau for efficiency & to enhance data accuracy

  • Enhance and develop new Tableau dashboards for various audiences

  • Review analyses to identify risks and opportunities; communicate feedback/insights with key stakeholders

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.

Qualifications

  • Expertise with interpreting data fields for BigQuery development

  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing, reading, and troubleshooting code for Microsoft SQL Server , Oracle , and Google BigQuery

  • Strong proficiency in developing and supporting Tableau workbooks and published datasets

  • Familiarity with managing Tableau content across development tiers

  • 5+ years of experience of Tableau Development preferred

  • Data modeling experience

  • Strong SQL skills preferred

  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions

  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

  • Has experience interfacing directly with customers and aggressively meeting customer expectations

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
