Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, balancing project needs with team capacity.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.

• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

• Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in (specific industry).

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
