[Description [We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Coordinatorin our Omaha office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and proactive problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, key members of the company, and external customers. This candidate would be expected to be detail-oriented, extremely organized, adaptable, and resourceful.   • Coordinate with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed to update contracts and documents, including supporting the formatting, word processing and organizing of project documents, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Providing project support, including but not limited to calendar management, proposal creation, setting up activities with internal and external customers, DocuSign, creating agendas, updating reports, updating databases, and filing.
  • Assist in facilitation of project timelines to ensure goals are met which includes schedules and assignments.
