Day to Day
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns targeting SMB employers in NextGen markets. The position will involve working with internal and external agencies to establish the right marketing channels and media mix for each market, running and testing those campaigns, and delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy and investment. You will thrive in fast-moving environments and be able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities
Develop market-specific SMB marketing strategies for a variety of NextGen markets.
Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring they align with each market’s unique dynamics.
Identify and implement the correct media mix for each market, including channels such as audio, tv, direct mail, email, and other digital platforms.
Design and execute marketing tests (e.g., A/B testing) in partnership with Product, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams.
Partner with media and creative agencies to brief and execute campaigns.
Localize marketing content where necessary to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
Track campaign performance, analyze data with internal analysts, and give actionable recommendations for scaling and optimizing campaigns.
Skills/Competencies
5+ years of marketing experience in autonomously planning, running, and optimizing Growth Marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Demonstrated ability to enter new markets and establish the appropriate media mix tailored to each market.
Strong quantitative skills to analyze marketing tests and partner with internal analysts to measure results and recommend next steps.

US Remote 103,000 - 144,000 USD per year
NYC Metro 124,000 - 173,000 USD per year
Seattle 118,000 - 165,000 USD per year
San Francisco Bay Area 129,000 - 180,000 USD per year
Austin 103,000 - 144,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
