Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Job Description
The goal of the Construction Supervisor is to facilitate a positive experience with our client's products and installation. You will ensure that our client's products and installations exceed customer expectations and are of the highest quality possible. Your role will involve developing customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs and providing exceptional technical onsite support services.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for customers worldwide, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and maximizing customer value.
Translate and interpret wiring/construction schematics to support construction installation, including civil, structural, and electrical aspects.
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company standards, ensuring no employee or subcontractor operations proceed without proper safety compliance.
Conduct, document, and report safety meetings.
Assist in preplanning of projects, including plan review and comments, manpower allocation, project sequencing, material takeoffs, material requisitions, and reviewing subcontractors' scopes of work.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project managers, project engineers, and clients.
Work with Project Management to develop accurate construction schedule forecasts and create daily reports to track construction progress, material deliveries, installation issues, tool issues, and other site activities.
Collaborate directly with subcontractors, temporary labor, electricians, and company employees on planning, scheduling of construction, and quality control applications.
Train and support a large-scale workforce, upwards of 300 personnel plus subcontractors.
Provide guidance and technical support to company personnel, temporary labor, and subcontractors on issues concerning electrical and building components/applications.
Setup and train clients on tool maintenance and servicing.
Essential Skills
5 years of construction experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
Familiarity with heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach forklifts, Bobcats, and scissor lifts
Computer literacy
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with basic building equipment
Previous experience in solar construction is a plus

Work Environment
Onsite at project locations where the tracker system is being installed. This is an outside construction environment with travel throughout the US.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
