About the position: TJ Maxx is looking for someone with Interest in growth within the store and company. Someone with Leadership skills and interest in growing their leadership. Position requires decision making skills, leading teams, providing direction, giving feedback, and recognition. Role will involve training new associates and supporting the team in meeting the company expectations. Must have an interest in delivering results. Interest in working in a fast paced environment, and pace setting for your team, a must. Previous Leadership experience preferred. Hours average 32-38 hours per week. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department. Establish credit policies and operating procedures.
