We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling electronic components, working with small parts, and following technical blueprints and schematics. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring according to schematics and work instructions.
• Solder, crimp, and connect wires and components accurately.
• Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies when necessary.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Prior experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Experience with soldering and using small hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
