Bausch Health Sales Coordinator in Ontario, California

What you’ll be doing as the Sales Coordinator:

The Sales coordinator has general responsibilities for supporting; the National Sales Director by tracking sales data; assist with promotional materials inventory; attending meetings and trade shows, the Account Managers by organizing and implementing activities to drive throughput volume of Solta’s consumables and the Capital Equipment Specialist with lead generation. You will support the company goals and objectives policies and procedures good clinical practices, good manufacturing practices and Health Canada regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Organizing and implement a minimum of 3 customer in office events per quarter.

  • When needed, assists in planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

  • Maintain communication with NSD on all matters related warranties including accurate forecasting.

  • Work with NSD to develop, update and manage deployment of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

  • Anticipate and recommend reprint for critical collateral based on historical usage.

  • Completes special projects in sales and marketing as requested procedures and implement change where necessary.

  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer services requests and being able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and presentations to physician’s management and/or large groups.

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.

  • Ability to read analyze interpret and assist in the creation and refinement of company procedures.

  • Ability to define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions and report on findings.

  • Assist when needed, customer warranty, repair and loaner processes.

  • Assist in managing vendor day to day, processes purchase orders, tracks spend with vendor and processes invoices.

  • Assist in managing HCP contract process for marketing events and product training.

  • You will travel 15% of the time throughout the territory (including overnight), as you will need to attend tradeshows, corporate and training meetings.

Minimal Requirements:

  • This position requires a minimum of a post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years experience in administrative, sales/marketing coordinator, or project management role.

  • Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate professionally.

  • Resourceful, flexible, proactive, and well organized,

  • Strong work ethic that represents Solta’s high integrity ethics honesty loyalty and professionalism.

  • Being able to lift 60 pounds for short periods.

  • Being able to stand and walk for extended periods.
