Property Maintenance Associate

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Associate:

• Dusting Hallways

• Cleaning home appliances

• Taking trash from inside units to trash dumpsters

• Making repairs or cleaning while possibly crouching, lying down, or standing on top of ladders

• Performing minor construction labor as needed

• Walking property making sure trash and debris is cleaned up 

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Able to bend at the knees and waist, twist the body at the waist area, raise and hold arms overhead, turn neck and shoulders as needed

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Be comfortable working outside in hot and cold temperatures

• Property cleaning or janitorial experience a plus 

• Background Check Required

• Drug Test Required
