Prestigious high-end firm has an immediate opening for a senior litigation attorney with 10+ years of complex litigation experience. This Litigation Attorney role will entail ensuring the efficient processing of civil or commercial litigation, maintaining client relationships, and handling complex legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle civil or commercial litigation procedures and strategies

• Conduct court filings at state level

• Manage and maintain legal calendars

• Utilize your skills in complex commercial and business litigation

• Administer claim administration and complaint handling processes

• Leverage your expertise in consumer electronics to provide legal advice

• Utilize your license as an attorney to represent clients and the firm

• Conduct depositions and manage related processes

• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues

• Reside in or relocate to Orange County to ensure smooth operations and client meetings.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the legal industry

• Proficiency in Civil Litigation is essential

• Demonstrable experience in Claim Administration

• Must be skilled in Complaint Handling

• Experience in Consumer Electronics sector is desirable

• Applicant must be a Licensed Attorney

• Experience in Complex Commercial Litigation is required

• Skills in Complex Business Litigation are desirable

• Experience in conducting Depositions is necessary

• Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is necessary

• Excellent negotiation skills are required

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and other legal professionals

• Knowledge of legal research methods and legal software applications is necessary

• Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

• Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity is required.
