Job Description

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the standards, quality, and production within our construction processes. The successful candidate will not only uphold existing procedures but also implement new ones that coincide with the daily construction quality checklist. They will collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure effective organization of the job site and the proper use of construction materials.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will join a growing team, currently consisting of 40 workers and 6 management staff, expected to expand to 300 workers across multiple production facilities. The incumbent will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of aSeniorProject Manager with 26 years of experience. The work site features a full office, break room, spacious production floor, and loading docks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
