As an Accounts Payable Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in processing complex invoices, expense reports and check requisitions in various systems with attention to detail and compliance

• Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests usingthe Accounting ERP system.

• Assist with coding non-purchase order invoices.

• Work with vendors and staff to resolve invoice issues andreconcile vendor statements.

• Address EDI invoice issues and review open purchase ordersand invoices.

• Review and resolve issues from MA54/MA540 processes, upload invoices, and ensure discounts are applied.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 5+ years experience of Accounts Payable in a high volume department

• Experience with purchase order invoices and using AP/PO modules in Lawson, Oracle or SAP ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels

• Strong MS Office and Excel skills

• Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
