Signature Aviation Sales Manager - Wholesale Commercial, Cargo and Military Supply in Orlando, Florida
Primary functions of the Sales Manager include the acquisition of and service to new accounts, service existing and assigned clients, and maintaining close working relationships with location representatives within an assigned portfolio consisting of Wholesale Commercial Airline, Cargo, and Military Supply customers.
This position reports into Signature Energy, wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Aviation and is the midstream logistics and supply provider for Signature Aviation FBOs and Wholesale Customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Duties include, but are not limited to) :
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies as dictated by market and customer analysis in conjunction with overall corporate philosophy
Work closely with members of commercial and operation groups, including revenue management, regional vice presidents and general managers to analyze, develop and implement location-specific sales strategies in conjunction with the region and overall corporate philosophy
Develop customer target market lists and engage a sales plan to obtain new network clients in segments that are of value to Signature
Ensure effective control of regional sales strategies and take proactive and corrective action to guarantee the achievement of regional sales objectives
Promote and maintain customer relationships by conducting professional sales and marketing campaigns that align with the company’s customer service philosophy, including regular visits to corporate flight departments and on-site visits of current and potential customers
Ensure direct interaction with current and future customers to promote continued Signature loyalty
Track, define and report on market trends and attitudes. Evaluate and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing conditions
Develop and implement customer promotional activities that include customer events at bases, regional and national trade organization events, and customer appreciation events, that maintain focus on Signature’s value and service philosophies
Coordinates sales efforts with other sales team members
Related activities as assigned
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, aviation management or related field preferred.
At least five years of documented sales success AND prior experience in the aviation industry (specifically pricing fuel and fuel systems, fuel sales, airline fuel procurement), building sales strategy, Go-To-Market Strategy, and responding to RFP's

Possess a high degree of tact, persuasion, negotiation ability and professional etiquette
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Must develop innovative sales strategies and continually drive for sales growth
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Unrestricted ability to travel extensively
