You Have: Experience instructing both small, including 1-2, and large, including 50+, audiences Experience applying adult learning theories to professional learning environments Experience in training plan and strategy. Ability to work a flexible workweek supporting classes 2 to 3 times a week Bachelor's degree Ability & willingness to travel to deliver in-person trainings Nice If You Have: Experience designing and developing curricula using adult instructional design methodologies Master's degree in Adult Learning Adult Learning Facilitation or Instructional Design Certifications Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.
