Qualifications:

As the Director of F&B, you will fill a vital role by directing and supervising F&B Service preparation for all Outlets and Events of the hotel and ensures the highest level quality and consistency as relates to service skill and food hygiene while maintaining established operational standards and maximizing profits for the hotel.
