JOB SUMMARYUnder general supervision, provides customer service, sales, or administrative support for assigned customer accounts. Communicates with internal and external customers to facilitate product sales or services. Performs routine tasks following established procedures and receives guidance for more complex work. Uses problem-solving skills to address common issues and escalates unique or challenging situations as needed. Regularly interacts with customers to exchange information and clarify details.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize travel for staff and customers (coordinate flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees, and customers attending meetings, factory tours, or site visits).

  • Prepare travel itineraries.

  • Respond to sudden travel adjustments due to delays, cancellations, or urgent requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Manage front desk and visitor services (welcome guests, vendors, and customers).

  • Handle incoming communications (answer phone calls and emails, routing them to the correct teams).

  • Provide timely and accurate information on customer orders and product inquiries.

  • Arrange customer meetings, visits, and events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.

  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

  • General understanding of a cross-functional organization and ability to find needed resources.

  • Experience working with and managing documentation.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.

  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather data, analyze facts, and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to manage routine tasks and adapt to standardized situations with minimal guidance.

  • Comfort with basic mathematical operations, including computing rates and interpreting graphs.
