Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics LCL Operational Care Manager in other, China
You will be part of our Operational Care team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.
Your Role
You will be responsible for driving + developing the operations of the less-than-container load (LCL) product by striving for operational excellence to onboard + retain customers.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
• To build + lead a team of operational LCL experts.
• To ensure operational excellence through high quality shipment management + export/import services.
• To ensure efficient sea logistics operations + optimize proceedings to ensure the development of sea logistics operational KPIs.
• To ensure that operation procedures (SOP) are up to date + in line with the corporate guidelines.
• To take the lead in developing + enhancing LCL expertise in the team, aiming for zero operational failures.
• To support in LCL product training to respective colleagues engaged in activities relating to your portfolio.
• To optimize yields by managing cargo flows via the best transportation option(s).
• To ensure levels of optimization + efficiency is achieved according to goals.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong leadership skills + knowledge of vendor management, along with your LCL expertise + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
