This Position is for a Personal Banker I with a bank location in Oxford, Mississippi.

Duties and Responsibilities include: Responsibility for reactive sales, high quality servicing, retention, development and expansion of commercial and individual relationships, and teller responsibilities; Sells existing and prospective customers a full range of banking services with an emphasis on client needs; Position objectives will be achieved by creating individual sales plans with an emphasis on retention, expansion, cost management, and servicing current branch clientele; Cross sell to walk in branch customers, originating and/or closing loan transactions as needed; Administrative duties such as maintenance of accounts and audits of branch as required, acting as a team member to the units sales team, and conducting in branch sales campaigns based upon individual aptitudes and needs of the branch and market assigned.
