HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our community client site located in Palm Beach, FL. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Part-Time Front Desk Attendant, Palm Beach, Florida

We are looking for a part-time associate with a customer focused mindset!

20 hours per week, mostly opening shifts (6:15AM-12PM).

Weekend availability is a plus! Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous customer service experience a plus. Ideal applicants may also have fitness industry certifications & a passion for helping members lead healthier lives.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (obtained in person or blended) from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook etc.) and working knowledge of a member management system, databases and tools. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $15.25/hour - $16.00/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
