Job Description:
This position provides audiological services including consultation, diagnostic evaluation and ongoing habilitative and rehabilitative treatment, services, and education to patients and their families.

Location: Park City Specialty Clinic
Job Essentials
Provides screening, diagnostic assessments, habilitative, and rehabilitative audiological services to all populations from newborn to geriatric patients.
Documents all services and patient interactions according to current policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Provides education to patients and families concerning results of services provided. Provides recommendations for continued care.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Participates in program development and marketing, as assigned.
Ensures financial viability of department through following established documentation and billing guidelines.
May mentor new staff and students.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Audiology. Education must be obtained from an accredited program. Degree will be verified.
Licensure by the state in which hired to practice Audiology.
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Audiology.
Background in specialized area as specified in a medical setting.
Physical Requirements:
Hearing/listening, manual dexterity, seeing, sitting, speaking, standing, lifting, pulling/pushing, and walking.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
