Honeywell Shipping & Receiving Specialist - Level 3 in Pasadena, Texas
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations in the IA/PMC business unit at our Pasadena, TX location. You will be accountable for ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving procedures. With your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and help us deliver exceptional customer service. You will report directly to our Senior Service and Repair Supervisor and you'll work out of our Pasadena, TX location on a full-time, on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of materials against purchase orders or shipping documents.
Inspect and record the condition of received goods, ensuring any damages or discrepancies are reported and resolved.
Prepare, package and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Work with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE
1-2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
WE VALUE
Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management ethics.
Experience with SAP/ERP/CRM, MS Outlook/Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
