SAP Data Migration Consultant

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig

What is the Job all about?

The role is expected to apply data engineering specialist knowledge and process understanding in order to develop and implement data quality technology and reporting across Grundfos functions.

This role will be directly reporting to the Manager of IS Data Management Operations and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and support data migration solutions using Grundfos IS data migration framework and tools.

• Develop and implement data pipeline infrastructure for Product Teams.

• Build data engineering solutions with other data engineers in Grundfos.

• Work within the Data Governance framework.

• Contribute to ‘Data Platform and Pipeline Playbook

Your background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related analytical or technical disciplines

• SAP Functional Knowledge and SAP systems (S4/HANA)

• Knowledge of data modeling and data documentation is necessary.

• Must have knowledge of data storage such as NoSQL, SQL, Graph DB and like

• Experience with SAP Data Services or other relevant data management services is desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms is desirable.

• Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Development and CI/CD pipelines is valuable.

• Knowledge of Snowflake Data warehousing and SAP C4C is beneficial.

• Experience with C# and Python is good to have

• Willingness to learn about - and adopt - new data management software and platforms.

• Good organizational and time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to adapt to new environments, lead and encourage innovation.

• Flexibility with work schedules, assigned shifts, and hours on-site following company requirements

• Passion for technology and innovation, willingness to learn about - and adopt - new data management software and platforms.
