Siemens Industry, Inc. seeks a Test Automation Engineer to d

evelop a test framework and automated tests for electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). Drive test automation strategy by using industry best practices, working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product owners, business analysts, testers, and software engineers. Develop high-quality automation test engineering best practices, test strategy and principles. Create scripts to perform endurance tests for complex networking scenarios including multiple communication protocols and connectivity options per industry standards. Perform EV infrastructure interoperability testing, including cloud communication, EV service providers (OCPP), building management software (MOBUS), etc. Design, improve, and perform product level system test for maximum coverage for customer use cases. Design and improve Automation tests to optimize test time and support endurances tests for all networking scenarios. Remote work permitted 3 days per week. Must report in person to the Companys Peachtree Corners, Georgia Location 2 days per week.

The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Quality Analyst, Software Test Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation.

The position requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: Experience in automated testing; Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and infrastructure; Experience with Operation Systems, such as Windows 10, LINUX, or Ubuntu; and Programming experience in Languages, such as C/C++, Python, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Json/XML, Shell Scripting, or SCALA.

The position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Experience with Continuous Integration systems, such as Jenkins; Experience with at least one test automation tool, such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Appium, or RestAssured; Experience with at least one cloud service provider, such as AWS; and Data analytics, cloud solutions, application development and test automation.

The position requires experience with the following skills: Experience with Tools such as: Selenium, Maven, Android Studio Version, Visual Studio, WebDriver, Angular, Node, OCPP, Minimalmodbus, Websocket, VMare, or MongoDB; Experience with all phases of the SDLC, including Agile and SCRUM; Experience with SCRUM tools, such as Jira and Confluence; Experience assessing risks for determining appropriate levels of testing; Working experience with embedded Linux, webAPIs, OCPP, or MODBUS; Working experience with relational databases using SQL. Remote work permitted 3 days per week. Must report in person to the Companys Peachtree, Georgia location 2 days per week.
