This Position is for a Floor Technician with a company location in Pearl, MS.

Summary: ASE is hiring motivated people to clean and maintain homes and businesses. Our company strives to help customers with water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, sewage cleanup, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning and wood floor cleaning etc.

Responsibilities: Providing Invoices and maintaining good customer relations. Good customer skills when explaining to customers what we can offer and the price of the job. Making sure the van is operable before leaving for the day. Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs. Applying stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors. Ability to lift and move heavy furniture. Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines. Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines. Cleaning carpets and floors using machine and other techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Floor Care experience 2 years preferred. Day shift preferred. Night shift preferred. Overnight shift preferred. Active drivers license. Access to reliable transportation.
