Quality & Operational Excellence Manager

The Quality & Operational Excellence Manager supports site operations (i.e.: supply chain, production) to ensure Quality System requirements and Operational Excellence Standards are implemented and maintained throughout the regional value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the fulfillment of corporate directives and site compliance for Global Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) at the local level.

• Champion DNP ANH Quality & Operational Excellence programs and initiatives, ensuring sustainability.

• Manage and control ANH/NA Operations Management System documentation, including SOPs, WI's, and Forms.

• Oversee customer complaints, inquiries, internal nonconformance, and CAPA activities, ensuring timely documentation, investigation, and resolution.

• Maintain HACCP Plans, participate in audits, and support site training initiatives.

• Support local CAPEX projects, environmental testing, chemical control, and performance measures, while collaborating with internal and external teams.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or Feed/Food Technology or related field.

• 2-3 years experience in quality systems management; assessment and implementation of quality systems are desirable (ISO 9001/GMP/HACCP/FAMI-QS/FSMA/SHE/Security).

• Intimate knowledge of quality systems, preferably with animal nutritional products or feed/food industry.

• Knowledge in powder technology, premix or feed compounding preferred.

• Knowledge in aseptic testing protocol, water potability, environmental testing and chemical control programs.

• SAP experience preferred.

• Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills.

• Highly developed organizational skills.

• Ability to document effectively and efficiently as well as communicate effectively.

• Ability to manage multidisciplinary groups.

• Travel as required (minimal).
