Please click here: https://youtu.be/iMaXUt6s9rg Benefit Highlights - Medical, Dental, Vision with In-Network & Custom Network discounts - 401(K) with discretionary employer match - Paid Time Off - Free clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in house Pay: \$18.00 - \$20.00 per hour DOE *This position is eligible for night differential pay (10%)* Schedule:Monday - Friday, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM *This position involves working a fast-paced overnight shift* Essential Job Functions - Sample Processing: Receive and process samples efficiently, ensuring turnaround times; maintain specimen integrity and package samples for referral labs; accurately translate physician orders and diagnoses; verify and manage specimen details and perform data entry; assess specimen adequacy with technical assistance if needed; prepare specimens and perform screening procedures accurately. - Communication and Reporting: Respond to colleague inquiries and manage instrumentation alarms; print and distribute reports. - Operational Duties: Follow daily checklists and ensure timely task completion; adapt to covering shifts and locations as needed; maintain regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned. - Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance practices; ensure HIPAA compliance and follow Medicare rules for ABNs; monitor the work environment for safety issues. - Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.
