We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - ITSM to join our team in Perth, Western Australia (AU-WA), Australia (AU).

Role & responsibilities:

• Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team membersproviding IT Support

• Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same

• Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to driveperformance of the team

• Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplierrelationship

• Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members

• Regularly reviews the work and performance of peer team members in alignment to project deliverables and ensures team achieves specific performance metrics

• Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL FrameworkInvolved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission ) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required )

• Supports team in business process improvements

Requirement:

• 1-3 years in IT Software and hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS in Desktop or Deskside Support environment.

• Experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management needed

• Exposure to ITIL & Project Management Methodologies

• Experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc

• Strong negotiation skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership of personnel and of business objectives

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements

• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips will be required

• Willingness to work on rotational shifts 24x7 .
