• Manage the Multi Channel Engagement (MCE) platform for sending mass emailers, ensuring efficient campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to enhance communication effectiveness.

• As administrator to EPD Global Training Academy (GTA) – Sumtotal platform, administer quarterly Product Knowledge Assessment (PKT), to support the monthly tracking and update on affiliate training hours.

• Supporting and collaborate with other stakeholders on new recruits onboarding schedule, from planning, follow up and finalizing with details to meeting room invites to relevant stakeholders.

• Supporting SFE Projects where project management processes will be introduced such as risk management, resource allocation, and timeline tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
