First Division Consulting Administrative Support Representative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

(Contingent upon contract award)

First Division Consulting is hiring a(n) Administrative Support Representative to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

  • Provide executive-level administrative support.

  • Coordinate schedules.

  • Prepare reports.

  • Manage office tasks.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent certification.

  • An Active Secret Clearance is required.

  • 3 years of administrative support experience, including Microsoft Office expertise, correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
