A reputable regional law firm specializing in civil litigation is currently seeking an 3-5 year Associate to support a busy practice. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients with a focus on strategic solutions and client satisfaction.

Seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. This role requires a proactive approach, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and trial.

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice to clients.

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.

• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to their needs and objectives.

• Negotiate settlements and effectively advocate on behalf of clients.

• Maintain accurate and organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar membership in [relevant state].

• Strong knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
