Work You'll Do Drive software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams, and identifying changes in scope. Drive the evaluation of technology needs, develop customized applications, and draft technical and functional design documentation. Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology for engagements. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:      - Designing and developing applications using Java and Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) to meet functional needs for software applications;      - Utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams to convert business requirements into development models;      - Developing and launching automation solutions through use of Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins;      - Delivering full life cycle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices-based solutions using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile methodology across Web, Mobile, and Cloud architectures;      - Delivering and deploying custom developed applications for clients including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment by leveraging JUnit, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Dynatrace, Docker, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP);      - Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues by employing Swagger, Confluence, Jenkins Pipeline, Jira, and OCP; and      - Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code utilizing Jira and Confluence.
