Description
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ensure that all Hanwha Philly Shipyard safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met

``` - Effectively prioritize work, follow up and perform multiple tasks efficiently in a constantly changing environment - Manage confidential information and materials - Assist with relocation and Outbound travel arrangement for expatriates - Maintain and update expatriate employee's records including addresses, bank account, and visa processing - Assist with facilitating workers' transition to the organization and area including housing, setting up a bank account, etc. - Regular communication with all expats regarding their subsidies, housing, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions. - Reviewing and processing expenses and reimbursements due to expats. - Assist with new hire orientation for expatriates - Provide support to expats when and as required - Perform other related duties as required and assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPEREIENCE
- 2+ years' experience in administration activities
- Fluent in Korean
Experience working with expatriates is a plus but not required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.* *
