  1.  Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function) Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Production Warehouse Manager is responsible for implementing and executing all AWPC Warehousing activities tied to supporting Production.  This position will manage the three main aspects of Production warehousing, to include the Incoming/Receiving, the Production Storage and Issue (to include material kitting) and the FAL warehouse dock area. The Production Warehouse Manager will be responsible for KPI measurement and performance related to all aspects of support to Production aircraft in FAL and Flight Line, putting in place specific recovery actions as needed. This position will be responsible to create specific action plans for people retention, and training. The Production Warehouse Manager will generate, execute and monitor logistics process improvements to increase reliability and "on-time" delivery of materials and segments to P21 Production, helping gain efficiencies for the Shop Floor. The Production Warehouse Manager will work closely with other Operations departments and will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager any inputs for required support from Upper Management. The Production Warehouse Manager will also coordinate with Quality Department to optimize the inbound/outbound material inspections.

Manages the Production Warehouse teams, providing strategic direction in support of the Company goals, to include Receiving, Storage and Issue, and Kitting.

Develops and directs process improvements for the Warehouse workstreams, to support efficiency gains in Operations /Production processes on the FAL and Flight Line.

Manages the hiring process in coordination with the Manager of Warehouse & Logistics.

Ensures that all required Company Policies and Quality Control processes are maintained.

5.

Establish and maintains appropriate systems and reporting for Key Performance Indicators. Understands full knowledge of work streams which delivers KPI results.

Supports any audit, to include LHD internal audits, FAA or AS9100.

Qualifications for Position: A. Education Associate Degree in relevant field, or combination of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

B. Experience 5 to 10 years' experience in supervising people and working in a Production environment.

C. Competencies & Attributes Strong Leadership capabilities skills with a passion for training & motivation. Continuous improvement mindset Extensive knowledge of warehouse and Production flows. Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work cross departmentally is a must. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Must have experience with SAP or other suitable ERP system.
