Job Summary
Xfinity Internet products focus on delivering the fastest and most reliable service to our customers while being in a constant state of innovation and change.
This business leader will primarily be responsible for ensuring a superior experience across the Internet product journey from awareness through purchase, activation and enjoyment. In this role, this individual will work cross-functionally with a diverse array of stakeholders in all facets of the job, while also managing a team with direct report(s). Among other duties, this individual will help execute customer research, model business cases with Finance partners, complete technology assessments, coordinate product launches, and more. Internet’s core importance to Comcast ensures this role will have great exposure and visibility. This individual will report to the Vice President of Internet Value & Experience team.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Deliver on Internet portfolio goals through successful management of customer centric products throughout the entirety of their lifecycle
Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market.
Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine product go-to-market strategy and active product improvements through the utilization of excellent strong analytical skills
Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities
Strategically evaluate current product portfolio and roadmap, assess new opportunities, evolve our product strategy, and guide both short and long-term business planning
Develop robust business cases to guide the direction and prioritization of the roadmap, the budget, and the company’s five-year-plan
Analyze the ongoing or projected financial and customer impact of Internet products within the larger scope of the company’s revenue and cost targets
Translate the assumptions of the business case into requirements to guide R&D in product design
Partner with technology teams to understand consumer benefits from new innovations, and turn them into actionable products or marketing possibilities
Collaborate with leadership in product development, business operations, marketing, sales, and across the company to achieve our mission and strategy
Partner with business development teams on partnership opportunities to fill in hardware, software, or general product gaps
Monitor the broader market, while leveraging competitive insights to guide strategy development and product management
Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Equivalent; MBA preferred
Generally requires 10+ years related experience
Background in consulting, product management, business development, finance, or corporate strategy
Has superior strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and executive stakeholders
Be comfortable with financial modeling and unstructured analytical data with exceptional business and financial acumen
Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
Ability to derive strategic insights in the face of complex and often incomplete information
Deep interest and understanding of consumer tech products and product lines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
