Job Title: Industrial Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, installing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install industrial machinery and equipment according to blueprints and technical instructions.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.

• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.

• Operate welding machines and other fabrication equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly and production in a light industrial setting.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

• Experience with machine operation and wiring.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in using a tape measure and working on an assembly line.

• General labor skills in an industrial setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philomath, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
