Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. This position is based in the finance industry and falls under a contract to hire employment scheme.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, and Commercial Collections

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Ensure all processes and actions comply with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline processes

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial data

• Provide reports on account status and activities as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Familiarity with billing procedures and cash applications

• Experience in cash collections and commercial collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Experience with Oracle for managing and processing financial data

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing business transactions

• Familiarity with SAP for business operations and customer relations

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
