Robert Half Biltmore Law Firm - Bilingual Spanish Receptionist in Phoenix, Arizona

Description

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist to join our law firm client's team in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, Arizona. This is an in-office role Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, managing customer service, and maintaining organization within the firm. This role also involves data entry tasks, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the office

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to clients

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to accomplish various tasks

• Maintain organization within the office, managing files and documents

• Schedule appointments, coordinating with various parties to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

• Maintain office organization and manage files as needed

Requirements

• Applicant should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the legal industry.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

• Must possess strong customer service skills to provide high-quality assistance.

• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems is necessary.

• Proficiency in data entry and email correspondence is required to manage and organize information.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, is necessary for daily tasks.

• Ability to organize files and maintain records efficiently is required.

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting is needed.

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls is necessary.
