Supervision of human resources department personnel;

In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations as they relate to day-to-day management of employees;

Assure that company employment, recruiting, safety, labor relations, personnel, and equal opportunity policies and practices comply with provisions of regulatory agencies;

Management of benefit insurance open enrollment, 401K information sessions and other employee communication sessions as required;

Administration of workers compensation claims and reporting, and working with other departments to ensure employee safety and welfare;

Effective employee relations and cou seling, and serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems;
