Honeywell Inspector - Level 2 (FAA) - Day Shift, Mon-Fri - 5:30am – 2:00pm in Phoenix, Arizona

As an Analytical Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through thorough inspections and analysis. Your expertise in analytical techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Quality Control Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products by conducting detailed inspections, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Your commitment to excellence and adherence to regulatory standards will help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

  • Utilize analytical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements

FAA REQUIREMENTS

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Prior product inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems

  • Familiarity with labeling requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

WE VALUE:

  • Familiarity with Electronic Corrective Action Tracking System (ECATS)
