BAE Systems Quality Inspector in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Quality Inspector.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for knowing and supporting the quality policy and must comply with published personnel policies.

  • Responsibilities include providing a harassment free/non-discriminatory work environment and drug-free workplace, in accordance with State and Federal laws.

  • Responsible for the inspection of materials, parts, processes and final products, and documentation of the results.

  • Inspects close tolerance items using non-computerized inspection equipment, procedures and setups.

  • Reviews paperwork accompanying inspected items for appropriateness and completeness.

  • Performs first article, in-process, and final inspection.

  • Prepares and files all required quality documentation and records for inspection area.

  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the position and department.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School Diploma with 2 years' work experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • GD&T Certified and CMM

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49600 - $79400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
