We are Now Hiring a Safety and Training Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities:

• Organize & coordinate training programs according to corporate guidelines.

• Host training classes using the instructional materials

• Track attendance and prepare periodic reports.

• Identify health and safety risks and recommend corrective actions to control and limit liability.

• Conduct quality assurance inspections, post-accident, post employee claims, and injury inspections.

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing federally mandated Drug and Alcohol testing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 5+ years of related work experience

• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with passenger and airbrake endorsements

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason
