Honeywell Sr Customer Quality Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona
As a Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role focusing on our customers to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing methods to proactive identify potential customer escalations with products, services, and projects to engage for rapid solutions and ensure strong RCCA’s. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of our organization and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. You will report directly to our Sr. Customer Experience Director, and you'll work out of one of our US locations (Fort Washington, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, Texas) on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will partner with customers, understand their voice and impact the quality and reliability of our products and processes, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and implement best practices. You will be a change agent in driving a customer-centric and quality culture within the cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience for Honeywell product, services and projects
Implement customer analytics for strategic customer accounts for proactive and preventive customer issues
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer escalations to address rapid resolution and systematic improvement to failure modes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive quality improvements and implement best practices focused on customer experience
Develop and maintain customer quality processes, metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering, technical services, project engineering or related roles
Strong knowledge of quality control methods and tools
Experience in leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Strong customer experiences working complex technical and process issues to resolution and improvement.
Knowledge of digital control systems or safety management systems used in an industrial setting
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
Six Sigma certification or equivalent
Experience in the Industrial Automation industry
