Will be reponsible for ensuring accurate and timely charge-capture methodologies are in place. Reconciling charges against source documents to ensure that charges have been captured completely and accurately. Will monitors compliance with internal standards and procedures, and reports non-compliance issues to the proper authority. Responsible for identifing errors and / or omissions, working with appropriate staff/team members to ensure that revision/corrections are forwarded and incorporated in processing systems in a timely manner. Registered Nurse with at least two years' Operating Room experience and computer charting required. Must be able to perform repetitive data entry with a high degree of accuracy.Must be able to work in the EPIC application, along with being able to navigate through the  Aperek/Premier Application Will be able to work in Craneware by looking up and adding new items to the facility. Must be able to audit charts daily (looking for correct documentation, missing charges, over charging) Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive and professional customer relations and good clerical perception. Must have ability to do some chart auditing prior to posting the final charges to the patient account. Excellent problem-solving skills are required.Must have ability to work closely with associates to ensure that records are maintained accurately
